WHAT'S HAPPENING IN GEORGIA NOW:

There are just 26 days until the election on January 5th.

Last week, through daily canvassing, Humanity Forward reached over 1100 voters. On Monday, Humanity Forward started things off with our weekly letter writing party! We continue into this important week with regular canvassing for the Ossoff and Warnock campaigns, and we are now working on our upcoming art installation.

This month matters most for the runoff races, so let’s get to work; there is plenty of opportunity for you to help!

IN-PERSON OPPORTUNITIES

CANVASS WITH THE OSSOFF AND WARNOCK CAMPAIGNS:

Join Humanity Forward for canvassing in Clayton County, GA! We will have two canvasses running, both from 9am-8pm this Saturday & Sunday. Volunteers are required to wear masks!

Training is required to attend the the canvass. There are zoom training classes, from 7-8pm EST this Friday & Saturday.

CANVASS WITH THE OSSOFF CAMPAIGN:

Join Humanity Forward for canvassing in Ellenwood, GA this week! From 2-4pm everyday this week, and Saturday & Sunday from 12-2pm & 2-4pm.

We will be meeting in the parking lot of Village Park.

There will be training at the start of the canvass. Volunteers are required to wear masks.

HELP PROTECT THE ELECTION:

Join Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta's Election Protection Program in protecting the right to vote for the upcoming run-offs in Georgia! Starting with early voting, on December 14th, to election day, on Janurary 5th, come help protect the vote.

VIRTUAL OPPORTUNITIES

WEEKLY ZOOM LETTER-WRITING PARTY:

Every Monday from 5:30-7 pm EST Humanity Forward Georgia is hosting a Letter-Writing Party online. Celebrity visits, games, prizes, music and outreach will be had. You are invited!

WEEKLY PHONE BANKING WITH PEOPLE’S ACTION:

Join Humanity Forward and People’s Action every week in phone banking for both Ossoff and Warnock campaigns.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays 6-9 pm EST & Sundays 3-6 pm EST.

WEEKLY HFGA STRATEGY/PLANNING MEETINGS:

Join in with us for our Humanity Forward GA weekly strategy/planning meetings! Every Sunday at 7 pm EST. Pre-registration is required.
