WHAT'S HAPPENING IN GEORGIA NOW:
Early voting has begun!
There are just 20 days until the election on January 5th.
Last week, Humanity Forward really started to get to work... This week, we are keeping up the pace. We have already had a weekly letterwriting party with 300 letters distributed, we continue with regular phonebanking and plenty of get out the vote events! All this you can join, alongside daily canvassing work being done with the Ossoff and Warnock campaigns.
Now that early voting has begun, it's time to intensify our efforts. This time matters most for the upcoming runoff races, so let’s get to work; there is plenty of opportunity for you to help!
HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP TODAY
IN-PERSON OPPORTUNITIES
COLUMBUS CAR RALLY WITH TEAM OSSOFF:
Join Humanity Forward and the Ossoff campaign, with their tour bus, in Columbus Today, December 16th, from 4:30-5:30PM (Doors open at 3:00 PM) to get out the vote!
The event will be located at the Columbus Civic Center Complex in Lot D. Please wear a mask!
SIGN WAVING ON BUFORD HIGHWAY:
Come celebrate early voting with a sign waving event today, December 16th, from 3-5PM off of the corner of Buford Highway and Shallowford Road!
Please Uber if possible as parking may be limited! Signs will be provided if needed, and please wear a mask!
CANVASS WITH THE OSSOFF AND WARNOCK CAMPAIGNS:
Join Humanity Forward for canvassing in Georgia! We will have two canvasses running every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Volunteers will receive a training session at the sart of the canvass, and also must wear a mask!
THE NEW GEORGIA PROJECT ELECTION PROTECTION:
Join the New Georgia Project's efforts in election protection statewide. Starting with early voting, December 14th, to election day, on January 5th, come help protect the vote.
HELP ASIAN AMERICANS ADVANCING JUSTICE PROTECT THE ELECTION:
Join Asian Americans Advancing Justice in protecting the right to vote for the upcoming run-offs in Georgia!

Mondays from 5:30-7 pm EST Humanity Forward Georgia hosts a Letter-Writing Party online. Celebrity visits, games, prizes, music and outreach will be had. You are invited!
WEEKLY PHONE BANKING WITH PEOPLE’S ACTION: TODAY!
Join Humanity Forward and People’s Action every week in phone banking for both Ossoff and Warnock campaigns.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays 6-9 pm EST & Sundays 3-6 pm EST.
ATL + ECONOMIC SECURITY LIVESTREAM: TODAY!
Tune in from 3-4:30PM EST, Wednesday, December 16th, to see a conversation with Andrew Yang, Mayor Shirley Franklin, and Council Member Amir Farokhi about economic security.
